Bakery & Confectionery Schöler in Saalfeld-Gorndorf is looking long-term for a baker with instructor aptitude or a master baker for the bakehouse with wood, electric deck and rack ovens. Duties include among other things Brandmasse, piped shortcrust pastry, Amonikaner, aroma and malt pieces, vanilla cream as well as poppy-seed and cherry masses, hygiene and cleaning in the bakehouse, freezer rooms and prep area, stepping in at dough preparation, and supervising one to two apprentices. Offered are a permanent employment contract, performance-based pay, work clothing and development opportunities in the creative craft bakery.
