Hotel Residenz Bad Frankenhausen of Bachmann Hotels is looking for an assistant in facility technology on a mini-job basis. Duties include inspecting outdoor areas and technical equipment, maintenance, assembly, cleaning and repair work, as well as maintaining heating, air conditioning, telecommunications and alarm systems. Further tasks are identifying defects, supervising external contractors, procuring materials and complying with occupational and fire safety regulations.
