Agroservice Altenburg Waldenburg e.G. offers a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician starting on 01.08.2026. Apprentices inspect and repair electrical, electronic and mechanical systems and work with computer-assisted measuring and testing systems. Further training content includes vehicle repair, replacement of defective parts, exhaust emission tests and the installation of additional equipment such as trailer hitches, auxiliary heaters or air conditioning systems. Requirements are a lower secondary school leaving certificate, technical understanding and an interest in mathematics, physics and vehicle technology.
