AUMA-TEC GmbH is looking for a customer service back office employee in sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology at its headquarters in Suhl. Responsibilities include recording and technical assessment of customer orders, communication with customers, manufacturers and suppliers, as well as preparing and handling customer service measures. Further key areas are service and maintenance checklists, material disposition, invoice verification, contract design with subcontractors and the preparation of maintenance offers. A commercial or technical apprenticeship or a corresponding degree as well as customer orientation are expected. The position is permanent, full-time with 39 hours and flextime.
