Agroservice Altenburg Waldenburg e.G. offers a three-year apprenticeship as an agricultural service specialist starting on 01.08.2026. Apprentices gain knowledge in crop production, agricultural technology and services and operate farm machinery for sowing, fertilising, harvesting and transport. The training includes care, servicing and maintenance of large machinery; where suitable, tractor and truck driving licences are paid for. Expected are technical understanding, a connection to nature, flexibility during the season and ideally a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschule); a company internship is possible beforehand.
