Agroservice Altenburg Waldenburg e.G. trains retail salespeople at its Waldenburg location; training starts on 01.08.2026 and lasts three years. Trainees advise customers, handle goods receipt, storage and inspection as well as cashiering and settling accounts. Further training content includes sales-promoting product presentation, cleanliness in the store and support with inventory work. Requirements include, among other things, a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss), reliability, team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact.
